Products worth INR 50,000 and above on www.zivolijewels.com are shipped absolutely free to all locations across India. Products under INR 50,000 on www.zivolijewels.com will be charged a nominal shipping fee depending on the pin code.

All of our jewelry is custom made by our goldsmiths and certified by the top jewelry certifying laboratories namely GIA (Gemological Institute of America), IGI (International Gemological Institute), GII (Gemological Institute of India); therefore please allow up to 10 working days for the jewelry to be dispatched after receiving cleared payments. Please allow additional time if international delivery is subject to customs processing.

Products are shipped post receipt of full amount against the order placed.

For your protection, all orders require signature upon delivery, regardless of any signature waiver on file.

For your protection, merchandise orders over Rs. 10,000 cannot be shipped to an address other than the billing address associated with your method of payment. If required to be shipped, authorization from the customer is required.

Insurance for the jewelry that is in shipping is taken care of by Zivoli Jewels.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail from Zivoli Jewels containing your air way bill number. You can also check the status of your order once it has been shipped by visiting the website of our courier and following the instructions using your tracking number. Your tracking number can be found in the e-mail confirming shipment of your order.

In case of Diamond with Gold Jewelry or Diamond with Platinum jewelry, 75% of current market value of the product (as per net weight of the metal and total carat weight of diamonds).

In case of Gemstone with Gold jewelry or Gemstone with Platinum jewelry, 65% of current market value of the product (as per net weight of the metal and total carat weight of the gemstones).

In case of Uncut Diamonds/Polki, 75% of current market value &, Kundan, Cubic Zircon(CZ) or American Diamonds with Gold Jewelry, 90% of current market value of the product (as per net weight of metal only).

In case of plain Gold jewelry 90% and in case of plain Platinum jewelry, 75% of current market value of the product (as per net weight of the metal).

 In case of Gold Coins, 98% of current market value of the product.

No return or exchange on Solitaires.

Shipping charge of Rs.500 will be borne by the customer for all jewelry under this policy.

The prevailing market value will be determined by Zivoli Jewels.

Money back shall be done by way of online bank transfer to the customer’s bank account within 10 days, after quality check done by our team and after valuation is confirmed by the customer.

This feature is not available for International orders (Orders that will be shipped abroad from India).
